I Work For God!<\/b> By Jerry Lombardo<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Chapter One<\/span><\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

            I considered myself a thoughtful, logical and methodical man. Events in my life had me sad, angry, and broken – seeming beyond repair and yet, here I was – studying and learning the Word of God; researching tirelessly the origins of ‘religions’ and the differences – and (I thought) more importantly – What They Had In Common!<\/i><\/b> [because none made sense to me on their own].<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/i><\/p>\n

             <\/i>I’d read the Koran, Old Testament, studied what it meant to be Jewish – the different kinds of Jews<\/i>, differences between Protestants, Presbyterians, <\/i>and Catholics<\/i>… Just what is a <\/i><\/b>Presbyterian?<\/b><\/span> <\/i> <\/b>I looked into Astronomy, Satanism, re-read works of different philosophers …, checked out Free Masons, even researched secret societies past presidents have been members of … what religions they practiced … on and on and on. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

            Most recently, I’d been studying under a man – an old ex-Marine – Pastor Arnold Murray from Gravette Arkansas and he’d opened my eyes to so much.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

            From a sad and angry young man, now aged 40 … I’d begun  healing from so much bad and chaos in the world that had been laid at my feet since the very beginning of my troubled life.<\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n

My appetite and desire to learn The Truth was enormous (and continues to be), voracious, and insatiable.<\/b> I was questioning the questions and investing good time working to discern answers for myself – that I might find my own direction within God’s Word and His Will<\/i>. <\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Life was better than it ever had been.<\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n
