Judge Keith M. Alber
Part of a page in a text book – from almost 70 years ago – shared by a retired US Judge – which has been read by many thousands in the last few years because it lists some interesting facts which were widely published and read in the 1950’s.
From Judge Keith M. Alber in his own writings – penned in a letter:
“My first year of college was 68 years ago,” “One class I took was political science. A half-page of my textbook essentially outlined a few steps to overturn democracy.”
“1) Divide the nation philosophically.
2) Foment racial strife.
3) Cause distrust of police authority.
4) Swarm the nation’s borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally.
5) Engender the military strength to weaken it.
6) Overburden citizens with more unfair taxation.
7) Encourage civil rioting and discourage accountability for all crime.
8) Control all balloting.
9) Control all media.
These following thoughts … are my own [JL].
I have been asking myself – again and again:
What is the endgame?
Why are some people of means – seemingly intelligent people – trying to tear down this Great Nation?
Why are some people working so hard – spending vast amounts – even generational fortunes – to tear apart and burn asunder – this great country, and its history?
I just couldn’t understand ‘the end game’.
Why?
Why tear down so much, so fast, so vehemently?
What [good] can genuinely be gained? I was going nuts trying to understand.
What is to be gained?
I found no reasonable answers.
I am, of course, familiar with religious concepts – good and evil – and the reality of powers and principalities which are in a constant struggle – to determine the future of, the direction of – humanity itself.
Freedom or Bondage? Build or Destroy? Free Choice or Determinism? Follow Satan or Love God?
Look, forgive me if any of this is offensive to you; however, I believe it is very important to understand the reasons for the battles and, honestly, the only view that makes any sense to me is the notion that tends to suggest that this battle is, indeed, a battle in a war for the stakes which include all of humanity – all the generations from Adam, and the foundations of the world – through the present generations.
It is a war of powers and principalities … about Right and Wrong. Good and Evil.
And, by the way? I read the books … we win.
Good wins. God wins.
